Hooties

So, those little guys are Hooties - very lovley, friendly and happy owlets They are very curious too - awlays looking at you with those big eyes asking "What are you doing?"

I have tried to make something new and mostly mine - I`m tired of folding models that aren`t mine because it`s get boring. To make something alone - this bring so much satisfaction ad happines

To make those owlets I have mixed 3 other diagrams but without patterns on thier tummies. One of the diagrams had very similar pattern but I have changed it a little and then the other ideas have come. At the beginning I have planed to make only 3 Hooties but when I have talked to my Sis I have changed my mind

The rest of them - footies, wings, tails (yes they have tails), eyes even beak are mine idea too. I have spend nearly 3 nights thinking how those details should look (espetially eyes - those was geting on my nerves...I have tried several different types and at last I have foun the right ones ). About the beak - in the diagrams was instruction how to make them but I wasn`t sure if I understand So I have made them myself

Each Hootie is made of 362 triangles and stand at 7,5 cm. So in all I have used 2127 units

Those Hooties are mostly mine - I have spend long time to make them so I don`t allow anyone to use them. Be creative.

About club...well I like everything about it. Crafters Have posibility to meet other people, share ideas, help each other. With so many features and hard work our works could be more known

Many of you asked me about tutorial. And I answered that maybe I will make it. But longer I think about it then more confused I become. I`m overly protective about my works especially those that I worked alone or mostly myself. So please don`t be angry at me by writing this - stop asking me about how make Hooties or if I will make tutorial or if I sell them. I`m happy that you like them but I`m scared that if people start making them then they will lose their originality. And if someone will make them then keep it to yourself and don`t submitt photos. I DON`T GIVE YOU PREMISSION TO DO IT. I know that right now I`m impolite to you but think about it from my side. And think about others artists - there are many that do this too. Mostly because they sold their works but I`m not ready for this. So please respect my request.
